1. Registration: Participants must complete the registration process by providing accurate and up-to-date information.
2. Payment: The mastermind fee must be paid in full prior to the event.
4. Refunds and Refund Process:
4.1 To request a refund, the customer must submit a written claim detailing the reasons for dissatisfaction, along with supporting evidence, to contugousa@gmail.com
4.2 Upon receiving a refund request, Contugo will review the claim and communicate the decision within a reasonable timeframe.
4.3 If the claim is deemed valid, Contugo will refund the customer's payment in the same form it was received, unless otherwise agreed upon.
4.4 Refund may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Attendance: Participants are expected to attend the mastermind punctually and for the entire duration unless otherwise specified. Late arrivals or early departures may result in the participant being denied a certificate of completion.
6. Conduct: Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards the facilitators and fellow participants. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate dismissal from the mastermind without refund.
7. Materials and Intellectual Property: All mastermind materials and content provided during the mastermind remain the intellectual property of the organizers or the respective copyright holders. Participants are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.
8. Liability: The organizers, facilitators, and venues shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by participants during the mastermind. Participants are advised to secure their personal belongings and take necessary precautions during the event.
9. Changes and Cancellations: The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the mastermind schedule, content, or venue if necessary. In the event of cancellation by the organizers, participants will be notified promptly, and a refund of the mastermind fee will be provided.
10. Photography and Videography: The organizers may capture photographs or record videos during the mastermind for promotional purposes. By participating, participants grant the organizers the right to use such media for marketing and publicity.
11. Confidentiality: Participants may be exposed to confidential or proprietary information shared by other participants. Participants agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to any third party.
12. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
